Pigeon is a baby product brand that is quite popular in Malaysia and Singapore, however this powder was purchased in Singapore, either for availability or price reasons. The reason I like it is that it sets my make-up really nicely, and because it's particles are really fine, it seems like translucent powder and it can be used alone for oil control.
If I needed to mention another favorite powder, it would be Laneige Sliding Pact. I forgot the shade name, but I like that it's dense enough to be foundation. However, I've never used it as setting powder before. In fact I really seldom use it because it's a little too dense for my liking. I have pretty dry skin that oils up really well, so upon application it makes all the pores and flakes really obvious.
