You'll need:
- 1/3 cup hot milk, mixed with 2 tsp Milo powder
- 1 banana, frozen (peel and chop before freezing)
- 3 Oreos
- 2 Kit-Kat fingers (optional)
- Another approx. 1/2 cup milk
You should:
- Dump every thing into a blender (snap the Kit-Kat fingers into halves first), and blend.
- The Kit-Kats might stay in large chunks. If you want them smaller, pulse the mixture. However, I personally enjoyed the Kit-Kat chunks. XD
It would be healthier to mix other fruits with bananas, as bananas are actually full of B-vitamins and are great energy providers. Add some celery into the mix, if you are alright with the taste - celery is a great nutrition provider and is a source of fiber.
