Oreo banana shake

Another shake recipe. It was supposed to be a 'healthy juice', but I ended up putting in more and more chocolate into the mixture. =P Anyway if you're up for a chocolately shake, here's the recipe - it's inspired by the Oreo Crush by Each A Cup.

You'll need:

  • 1/3 cup hot milk, mixed with 2 tsp Milo powder
  • 1 banana, frozen (peel and chop before freezing)
  • 3 Oreos
  • 2 Kit-Kat fingers (optional)
  • Another approx. 1/2 cup milk
You should:
  1. Dump every thing into a blender (snap the Kit-Kat fingers into halves first), and blend.
  2. The Kit-Kats might stay in large chunks. If you want them smaller, pulse the mixture. However, I personally enjoyed the Kit-Kat chunks. XD

It would be healthier to mix other fruits with bananas, as bananas are actually full of B-vitamins and are great energy providers. Add some celery into the mix, if you are alright with the taste - celery is a great nutrition provider and is a source of fiber.
