Friends forever

Seriously, I've never had such a fun day in my whole life, but it was just slightly spoiled by me ceaseless stomach aches. Fuck.

I slept at around 11pm (I sleep pretty early these days, compared to when I slept at 2-3am every night =P) the previous night, and woke up at 4am. It was either the cold (air-cond on at 20C) or the sheer thought that I would be out for the whole day, and not an hour spent at school. XD

I went to school, seemingly like usual. Went to the canteen, extracted my sling bag from my school bag, then went out to the community centre to wait for Torng. We went straight to Kim In to change. I changed my left shoelaces into my black lollipop laces. XD And that's when I got boo-boo. When I say boo-boo I mean crap, which also translates into - dung, shit if you may. Washed my hand thrice with soap, but there was still the smell.

As we went to the bus stop opposte Endah Villa, I found a patch of grass and wiped my shoes down. Well, most of the smell was gone, but there was still a hint... =P We took U71 to Mid Valley, then had breakfast at McDonald's. Torng had Sausage McMuffin with Egg while I had the hotcakes, both with coffee/tea and totalled up to only RM8.50.

We literally walked around almost the entire mall while waiting for the shops to open, but eventually waited outside Anime-Tech to check the price for Darker than Black 2. I bought it from there for RM25, as opposed to the RM19.90 listed on Speedy.com. By the time I went down to Speedy, they said they didn't have the disc. And here's the little detail that really bugs me - RM25 for 12 episodes when I could get 26 episodes for the same price. Ugh...

We went to Watsons, Shu Uemura, MAC, Stage, Shins and Elianto, checking out eyeliner and khol pencils (is there a difference?) and their prices. The most shocking incident was when I went to Shu Uemura to check out brushes. I know that MAC brushes were expensive, so I decided to check out Shu Uemura's. I asked the prices for blending brushes - one of them was RM210, while the other one was RM480. I seriously did a double take when she told me the prices.

At one point we stopped by a jewellery shop which had lots and lots of earrings. I need a flesh tunnel, or something similar, so I showed my piercing to the lady and asked her whether she had any earrings of that size. From out of the corner of my eye I saw her smirking in surprise. XD I checked out all of the stalls that sell flesh tunnels and such, but I think I'll but mine from Top One Silver. XP

After finishing out shopping and surveys, we took the exact same bus back to school, then took Yeanchi's bus back to her place. I walked Torng to her grandma's house before going back to Yeanchi's house. The girls went through my make up stuff, then went for baths. Yeanchi went first, then Hsin Yiee, me, then Ling. Ling had to wait for a while 'cause Yeanchi's sis was bathing her rabbits.

I took my bath, blew my hair dry (which is a first in around 2 years) with a hair drier, then started with my makeup. As usual, the dark brown day smokey eye. Hsin Yiee played with my Opera mascara, while Ling curled her lashes and waxed her hair. I have a feeling that my wax is incompetent - after half an hour of waxing, the whole thing just fell back into its lank state. Maybe I should look for the Osis+...

Yeanchi's dad gave us a lift to the area, then we went up to the boutiques to have a lookie. I know malls and Petaling Street, but I haven't seen so many boutiques on one street before. As usual, I was drooling over the maxi dresses and the tube dresses, but I wasn't all that fond of the tops. The prices were like expected - RM20-100, the tags that I did look at anyways.

We didn't get the VIP room as there was a booking (next time, book), so we settled for the 8 seater table. We sat around waiting for AhWin, Anne Yeng, and Yuriko. This is what the guys wore:
=birthday girl Yuriko - horizontal stripe black and white halter neck with a short black cardi and denim skirt
=birthday boy AhWin - orange T-shirt with long beige bermudas (and Crocs slippers XD)
=Ling - black Paddington bear T-shirt with shorts
=Hsin Yiee - white T-shirt from Times Square with blue button shorts
=Yeanchi - white faceless bear T-shirt with green mini shorts
=Anne Yeng - pink and black stripe hooded long T-shirt with long bermudas
=moi - black long T-shirt with skinny jeans (if you could call them skinny =P)

A few embarassing things happened to me - my chainlink belt had a loose ring, so it kept falling off. =P After my bath, I forgot to take my laundry from the bathroom and had to take them while Yeanchi's mother was having her bath. =P=P=P paiseh... =P

We ate, laughed, camwhored, argued, and bugged the hell out of the staff till around 8pm. Before leaving, we cut the cake, gave the birthday people their presents and birthday cards, and camwhored a little more. We next walked to 100¥ Shop for the shaved ice. I shared a mango with Hsin Yiee and Yeanchi, but I was too bloated (think 'balloon') to take anymore.

We seriously walked and walked and walked until we came to a small teashop called Societea. As the name suggests, it specializes in tea. We had two pots of tea (forgot what, but the beautifying tea was B27, and the detoxifying one was B30) and we drank tea till 9pm. Yeanchi's sis' boyfriend gave us (Yeanchi, Ling, and moi) a ride.

Well, that was it for a wonderful day with friends. Envy really has a huge effect on me at times...

I'm running out of titles =P

The exams has begun again, and I still haven't wrapped up the photo collection yet... I'm so screwed... Anyways, BM and BI were alright, but on Monday is CHEMISTRY. Obviously enough, I haven't studied, and I'm gonna die. The tuition has helped a bit, but still...

I should change my name to Heartless Heartbreaker, seriously. And also, I already have 24 retainers on the 21st day. I literally forced the 24th one in. =P My mum didn't know about this initially, and when she found out last night she was absolutely disgusted, just what I was targting for~ Muahahahahaha~!

DARKER THAN BLACK has been devoured. I can't watch my Mitsuganae 'cause there's something wrong with either the player or the disc. I'm going to MV on Thursday to get DARKER THAN BLACK Season 2 and to see whether there are any cheap flesh tunnels there. I can't stay on retainers for so long.

My new lenses are on their way - FreshLook Colorblends Amethyst. I actually wanted the Geo Freaky Lens cateyes or the silver one, but anyways, how often am I gonna use them? My Princess Nudy Purples are going to be disposed soon, since I can't wear both of them for long periods of time anyways, and they're starting to get a little uncomfortable.

I got the marshmallows, I got the chocolate, I don't have the freakin' recipe. Speaking of which I also have to find the gratin recipe for AhWin and Xinyi. Ogei...

Youtube lags, Facebook lags, everything lags... Sheesh... And plus more it DCs 5 minutes before a call comes in. What kind of stupid system logic is that? I just can't wait for Thursday, it's 3 events in one day~! Finally I have an excuse to touch my tools - my makeup, that is. XD And now Youtube hangs my browser. Fuck it.

15 retainers already...

Somehow I hate my life... Maybe that's why I want so many piercings. And not only do I want lots of piercings, I want a STRETCHED piercing. Everyone says I'm nuts, but I'm still proceeding with it. I started about a week ago, and I'm currently pausing at the 15th one 'cause I put in a few more retainers that possible, so my skin has torn a bit... =P It's almost healed already, so tomorrow I'll try putting in the 16th one~ =)

It's a whole week of birthdays~! The 12th was Sheau Hui's, and the 16th is my sis. For Sheau Hui's birthday, we went to Capri Dessert to celebrate, complete with a teddy bear coin bank, a multicolored card and a tiramisu cake from TK. I spent RM17.70 on my lunch alone there - RM12.90 for my baked cheese pork rice and RM4.30 for my coffee pudding with chocolate sauce, plus about 50-60 sen for service charge.

As for my sis, well, she's having a birthday party today, and let's hope those kids keep their comments to theirselves. =P The menu - pasta salad, konnyaku jelly, nuggets, and candy... =P In the morning I was the chef, chopping stuff - cucumbers, bell peppers, tomatoes, filament sticks and butterhead lettuce. And I made the dressing - according to my sis, 3 parts mayo (Lady's Choice Real Mayo), 2 parts tomato sauce/ketchup (Heinz) and 1 part chilli sauce (used those packet ones we looted from KFC and other fast food outlets XD).

Right now, I'm hooked on DARKER THAN BLACK 黒の契約者 (this translates into 'the black contractor'). Honestly speaking, I don't know what the story exactly tells about, but it involves Contractors (killers who have special powers but has to pay obeisances after using their powers, each one differs from another), something called the Hell's Gate (which is rumored to have triggered the appearance of Contractors) and an agency called PANDORA (which investigates and does research on Hell's Gate).
According to Wikipedia.org -
==
Ten years ago, an inscrutable and abnormal territory known as Hell's Gate appeared in Tokyo, altering the sky and wreaking havoc on the landscape. The real stars disappeared, replaced by false stars. During this time, people possessing various special abilities emerged, each capable of different supernatural feats - these are known as Contractors.
Each fake star has a corresponding Contractor, which reacts to their activities. As such, Contractors are usually identified by their star's Messier catalogue number. Kept secret from the masses, these individuals are known to murder in cold blood, smothering unnecessary emotions with logic and rationale.
Their incredible abilities, however, are gained at the cost of their humanity - Contractors are thus named because of an involuntary compulsion to "pay the price" each time their power is used, which can range from eating particular foods and completing meaningless tasks, to self-harm and having their bodies change in peculiar ways. Various nations and organizations around the world train and utilize Contractors as spies and assassins, resulting in violent battles for valuable objects and information.

There's a season 2, I think, but I haven't even finished the first one yet... =P Arrgghh... Haven't touched my brushes and palettes for god knows how long already... Maybe I should start preparing~ XD The 5Gs say that they're planning a graduation prom for the Form 5s after SPM, and the theme might be James Bond, but how I hope they'll change it to Cosplay~ XDXDXD Then I can flaunt my Uruha eyes. =P

I hate it when it rains when I'm supposed to walk home

It's freakin' Monday and do you know what the dear monitors and para pengerusi say to me? 'I forgot to bring the order form' or 'Some people haven't passed me the money yet'. Screw them. Screw them to the fiery pits of Hades. =P Alright, maybe the situation isn't all that chaotic, but the chaotic thing is that I have to go through some people's crappy writing and type out their seating lists on the Edi PC. I already missed almost 3 whole days of classes, and my ex-Bio teacher is really pissed 'cause I haven't handed in my PEKA report yet - it's been a full week. XP

So today went to Maju to have lunch with Sherman, Ann Li and Xinyi, stopping at 7-11 to get a reload card. Fuck fate - I dropped all my RM5 and RM1 notes, just because I pulled out one big fat RM10 note. Damn. Crap. Arrghh... =P And right after tuition I found out that Yeanchi had already went home, so I had to walk home. And now it's raining like crap. What did I do to deserve all this? *rips hair out*

Recent events...

So we start from last week, when we went to S'pore to celebrate Natasha's first birthday. We started at 5am, around an hour later than our initial plan to leave the house at 4am, 'cause CK got up late and everyone else was dawdling. Anyways we arrived at S'pore immigrations at around 8+am. Note: I hadn't slept since the previous morning, Friday 6am, till Sunday early morning 1+am. My eyes were surrounded by dark circles and I couldn't get my smokey eyes done just because it would make me look like a zombie.

We had a hotel room booked for us (courtesy of my cousin) at Swissotel the Stamford, near Raffles City Mall, the Suntec area. According to my unc, Swissotel is a 5-star hotel, but my cous got a corporate rate (he works for Coca-Cola XD). Our hotel room (on the 35th floor o.O) overlooked the St Andrew's Cathedral and the Esplanade, as well as the new hotel and casino. We had went to Poh Heng at Parkway Parade to get something for my little niece - a heart-shaped pendant. We had waited for around an hour before we actually checked in to the hotel, due to the chaotic management. =P

CK and my unc had went for a cycling trip at East Coast Park and we waited for them at the hotel, asking my unc to collect the cream cake that was ordered for the little girl's birthday. He got a few other kinds of cakes as well - 2x chocolate cake, 2x American cheese (I think, I don't remember, but it tasted weird) and 2x Tiramisu (absolutely the best~!), all from 7th Manna at Tanjong Katong (7thmanna.com).

We had lunch at Paradise Inn at Funan, but we didn't order the coffee ribs... ~>_<~ We then went up to Challenger to get CK's memory card for her DSLR and her new headphones. My feet were already killing me - I was wearing my sis' size 8 wedges, while my feet were size 7. I was wearing them since we left the house. I traded shoes with my sis (she was wearing her running shoes XP).

We took the MRT to Dhoby Ghaut (one stop away, we were at City Hall =P) to Plaza Singapura to take a look in Daiso. Among the few times that we've visited Daiso (we went to the one in IMM), CK never got a chance 'cause she was busy with studies. This Daiso was almost as big as the one at IMM, but was still slightly understocked compared, and freakin' crowded, too. We all did our only bit of shopping there (I love flat-price shops~ ♥ ), I got my blending brush, a funky white ring, an eyebrow stencil (for the next time I do CK's brows, I screwed up a bit last time =P) and a good luck pendant for him.

We went back to the hotel at around 4pm, after spending some time overlooking the Body Shop sale going on the ground floor. The birthday dinner was at 7.30pm, but they only told that to us at 7.30pm. We were rushing like mad, I screwed up my smokey eyes (if you can call it that =P), the walked to Imperial Treasures at Suntec City Mall. Damn global warming and the SEA humidity.

Our dinner was far from delicious - it was OK, don't get me wrong, but according to CK, they used the same sauce for three different dishes, and many of the dishes were finished. We cut the cake and had some champagne - Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin 1772 Brut. XD We walked back to the hotel, then watched TV till around 1am before passing out on the nice, soft bed~~

Next morning woke up at around 10am and had McDonald's breakfast in bed. XD Checked out at 1pm, after much argument at the reception counter 'cause we didn't get complimentary parking due to the reason that 'thr Raffles City Mall parking is not part of Swissotel'. Anyway, we walked to Carlton Hotel (!!!) for dim sum at Wah Lok. Loved everything from the polo buns to the porridge~~

After that we went to the Raffles City Mall to do some shopping. Initially I wanted to get something nice for mum for Mothers' Day, but one: I was broke; two, it seemed that either she had everything or she disliked everything. Yeesh, talk about difficult. Anyways, I settled for a card from NBC (we spent most of our remaining time there).

We had some problems getting out of the car park - we had already passed the barrier and mum reversed to get the receipt, but then the bar came down. =__= We spent around 15 minutes in there debating with security guards who obviously haven't encountered something like that before... =P

We stopped at Kallang Leisure Park to have some frozen yogurt at Yoguberry. It seems a bit like Yogurt Boyz back in Seri Petaling, but according to unc, there were only two branches of Yoguberry in the whole country (S'pore). There are two main yogurt flavours - original and Yoguberry (blueberry~~). As for toppings - Kit Kat crumbs, Oreo crumbs, blueberries, strawberries, Fruity Loops and a few others. I prefer the Berry to the ori. XD

We passed the Tuas checkpoint at 5.30pm. And arrived home at around 9pm, an hour later than scheduled due to a stupid speed trap which jammed up the highway for god-knows how long.

Anyways, back to present. On Monday I was called to the office and Miss Liew gave me the photos and I was like OMFG!!! The pile was huge, and my team of 5 (make that 3, I didn't ask the juniors to help out, so next year they'll porbably wonder what to do xD) is supposed to distribute, brief every single monitor/society chairman/teacher about what to do and when to hand in the order form and the cash.

By Tuesday I had distributed everything and on Thursday I started collecting them, together with Xinyi. I'm wondering, is there something wrong with people's hearing or understanding abilities? I told them in four languages that they have to hand it in latest, latest, LATEST by FRIDAY, and you know what they tell me? 'I haven't finished collecting the money yet, I'll give it to you on Monday.' !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What the freakin' hell?! It's understandable if it's the afternoon session students who does that, but from F3-F5 99% of them?! For the whole day Friday I spent time in the Edi room calculating the money collected. I'm afraid I've lost some RMs and maybe a few order forms, but what the heck, I'm gonna fill in the missing numbers from my own pocket. =P

I just got banned from seeing my dear. =P All that happened was I told mum that I was going out for MAYBE around a half hour and returned one and a half hours late, and it wasn't even 10pm yet. Damn stupid child biasing, sibling rivalry and curfews. =P

Now for some pics~~:

Stretched piercings - yay or nay?

The week started off pretty good. From what I could remember the week was terribly boring, in school, that is. Monday Sejarah, I was determined to pay attention for once. Unfortunately, Miss Dew's droning voice could put anyone to sleep. Anyways, Monday's tuition was pretty lonely - the girls weren't going there for Physics and Chem anymore and Sherman was absent, and I left my file of notes in my desk drawer. =P

Then the days went by, and I had a few questions regarding the school photos. Miss Liew was out to SJK(C) Chung Hwa for a ping pong tournament that lasted for three days (Mon-Wed), so we had to wait for her to get back. Purchased a CD from pasar malam - Rock Ballad Hits 2010. All the CD stalls didn't sell Tokio Hotel. I so want Humanoid... XP

I've made the decision to stretch one of my piercings, apart from the decisions that I'll definitely get 3 more piercings and maybe a lip and/or brow piercing. XD And let's not forget tattoos. Anyways, let's focus on the present first. On Wednesday we went to Endah Parade - Ling and Yiee wanted their hair cut and I wanted to ask about the piercing stretching stuffs.

Had McD for lunch, then went to look at the jewellery stalls with Torng. Since nothing we found were suitable or within our budget, went up to Top One Silver where the pretty girl who used to sit in the same bus as me during her high school years told me that they didn't sell the early-stage stretching accessories, and that I'll have to start off with stuffing retainers. To date (I started today =P) there are 4 retainers in my left ear piercing.

We went to La'Fiil, where Yiee and Ling got their hair cut. Yiee's was more of just a trim, while Ling went full scale LENGZAI~!!! But all that changed when she washed her hair and showed up at school the next day. While at La'Fiil on the same day, Torng, Yiee, Hui and Yuriko played with hair extensions. I never seen extensions being applied (dunno what the right word is =P), so it was an experience. Yuriko also got a tutorial on how she could tie her hair. And the way the stylist tied it, she seriously looked much better. =D
Thursday we went back to Endah Parade. We had lunch at Uncle Chong's Kopitiam. The stuff was cheap enough, but it didn't taste very nice. I ordered the Curry Mee Special and a hot Nanyang Milk Tea (totalled up to RM5.80) - a skin formed on the surface of the tea after I left it for a long time; the curry mee was mediocre, the soup was drowning everything, the spiciness was overwhelming (though after a while your tongue gets used to the heat) and the clams looked and tasted like they had been in storage for over a fortnight.
I got my retainers from Top One Silver (RM5 for 2 packets, each containing around ≤10 pieces) before lunch, then after lunch we went upstairs to enquire about the driving lessons. The lady at the desk was scary - her eyes were already goldfish eyes, and then she added pretty thick eyeliner, and her circle lens were like an OMFG-freakin'-scary-looking blue. She was YouTube-ing when we went in. XD
First to E&M for Sherman to get his hair cut. After leaving him in the hands of Teckson (I think) and kidnapping his school bag, we went over to La'Fiil again 'cause Yuriko wanted a cut and another tutorial and Ling wanted to ask how to make her hair look like how it looked like right after it was cut. The lady (I think her name was Pauline) told her to buy some wax and she'd teach Ling styling.
So off we went on many to-and-fro trips from La'Fiil, Guardian and Caring, most frequently to Guardian. We first went to Guardian (Pauline had specified Gatsby/mat) and took some pictures (illegally) then went to Caring, the choices there were extremely limited, not to mention the stock. Back to La'Fiil, Pauline was out and Jane (I think) surveyed the Lucido-L Edgy Move (which costed freakin' RM18.90 from Guardian) with a sour face. Went back to Guardian and bought a Gatsby styling clay (RM7.80).
Before we went to get the Gatsby, we picked Sherman up from E&M and his hair was hot~! XD But it was the same case for him as it was with Ling. After that we went back to La'Fiil and waited for Yuriko to finish her cut. I had to get back before 5pm, so I left at 4.30pm.
Friday, I retrieved the photos from Miss Liew during recess. The photos were chaotic. After school went to Yat Yat Lai to buy lunch. Stupid fried kuay teow - oily, tasteless, an not worth RM4.50. Teh-O ais from Asfar Maju, RM1.30. Then Chem group study in my class, while Xinyi sorted the photos.

Found this pic on Google just now while looking for the stretched piercing pic featuring Ruki and the papillon. The caption said Ruki, he looks a bit like Ruki, but then there's something off.
